Our trip to London and Edinburgh for 11 family members was excellant. We booked this trip well in advance and I was a little nervous as the date approached (we were a very large and diverse group) but everything went off without one mis-step. All of our accommodations were spacious, modern, clean, and met every one of our expextations. We had always heard that European rooms were far below Amercian standards but that simply was not the case. Our booking agent was great and she hand held me through all of the booking steps, (this was the first time we had travled abroad or used a travel agency). The booking was difficult since we had eight adults and 3 children but our agent made sure we had perfect family accomodations in both locations. Our flights were direct both ways to and from the States, and we had a flight between London and Edinburgh and back to London all of which were orchestrated to get us to the locations in time to sightsee and drop off our luggage. This was the best vacation that our family ever experienced and the value for the money was outstanding. Thanks so much!!

Everything went without a hitch except for mechanical difficulties with our plane on the trip back. St. Ermins didn`t have our reservation but there was no trouble when we showed them our paperwork. Thanks for a fantastic trip. :) I would use your site again.
