The services and notices from European Destinations were marvelous at best. We received the hotel and travel vouchers in a timely fashion. The special touch and great advices received especially through European Destinations agent Rebecca Delima were greatly appreciated. She went the extra mile to accomodate us. The hotels Rebecca recommended for us were excellent choices: conveniently located, clean, professional and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, quaint (in the cases of Copenhagen and Oslo). Overall, very pleased. They may have been deemed as 3 or 4 stars, but they were excellent choices for us, aside from the additional ammenities (such as coffee throughout the day). The choice of hotels made our visit to these great cities more special.
The transportation chosen with the seat assignment and in the instance of rail between Stockholm and Oslo in first class made it more pleasurable.
I have not one unfavorable thing to say for hotels and transportation chosen for our European adventure. I believe it deserves high marks overall. I will make sure to tell friends and family travelling to use your services. Thanks again!
